StructDamp designs and installs high-density elastomeric damping sheets, pneumatic vibration isolators, and industrial exhaust silencers. All installations are calculated via modal analysis to mitigate structural resonance from heavy turbocompressors. We provide engineering drawings, material specifications, and on-site supervision for each project. Custom solutions are quoted separately based on site survey data and operational parameters.
You must provide accurate information about your equipment, foundation dimensions, operating loads, and environmental conditions. Any modification to the supplied data after order confirmation may affect performance guarantees and require a revised quotation. You are responsible for preparing the installation area according to our site preparation guidelines, including access for heavy equipment and compliance with local safety regulations.
Our liability is limited to the value of the products or services purchased. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from equipment failure, production downtime, or structural damage unless caused by gross negligence. Performance guarantees apply only when our products are installed and maintained per our written instructions. Any unauthorized repairs or modifications void all warranties.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. If you cancel an order after production has begun, you are liable for costs incurred up to the cancellation date. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; changes take effect 14 days after posting on this page. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
