Our engineering data, client project files, and internal systems are protected by layered controls. We follow a zero-trust model for all internal and external access to structural analysis reports, damping specifications, and installation records.
All modal analysis reports, CAD drawings, and damping sheet test results are encrypted using AES-256 before storage. File transfers between our office and field engineers use TLS 1.3. No raw data is ever stored on portable devices.
Only senior engineers and project leads can view full damping calculations and isolator tuning parameters. Junior staff and contractors see only the sections relevant to their task. All access is logged and audited quarterly.
Client payment information is handled by a PCI-compliant third-party gateway. Our internal systems never store credit card numbers or bank details. Invoices and purchase orders are stored separately from engineering data.
We maintain a documented incident response procedure that includes immediate isolation of affected systems, forensic analysis by an external firm, and client notification within 24 hours of confirmed breach. Drills are run twice a year.
